대낚식당 VS 사위식당 대창덮밥 비교 후기_ 역삼동대창덮밥 & 네이버본사앞 사위식당 / Rice topped with tripe

 

누군가가 정성스레 만들었을 음식들을 비교하는 건 매우 미안한 일이다.

하지만, 내가 했을 고민을 하고 있는 그 누군가에게는

I write down this article, hoping it will help.

 

나는 역삼동 '대낚식당'을

엄청나게 긴 대기시간에도 불구하고 5번 가보았다.

I went to Yeoksam-dong 'DAENACSIKDANG' five times despite the incredibly long waiting time.

 

 

그 중 한 번은 토요일 주말이었는데

정확히 3시간 10분을 기다려서 먹을 수 있었다.

One of them was a Saturday weekend.
I waited for exactly 3 hours and 10 minutes to eat.

 

 

 

정말 너무나 너무나 긴 시간을 기다렸다.

힘들었지만,

먹을때 만큼은 보람이 있었다.

I've been waiting for so long.
It was hard.
BUT, It was as rewarding as it.

 

 

 

대낚식당이'생활의 달인' 프로그램에 나오면서 그 인기는 날로 높아져갔다.

정말 가서 앉아서 먹으면

감격스러울 정도였다.

The popularity has grown ever since the giant fishing party appeared on the" Master of Life" program.
Sometimes I go and sit down and eat.
It was touching.

 

 

 

 

역삼동 대낚식당 대창덮밥, 대창의 크기가 남달리 크고, 엄청 부드럽다. 짠맛도 좋다.

Yeoksam-dong 'DAENACSIKDANG'  Daechang RICE,, and Daechang are unusually large and very soft.

Salty tastes good.

 

간장 소스가 아주 알맞게 배어 있어서 맛이 좋다.

The soy sauce melts so well that it tastes good.

 

대창이 엄청 탱글하고, 부드럽고, 기름지다.

Daechang is very chewy and Soft, and Oily.

 

한 그릇 다 먹을 때 쯤엔, 느끼하게 느껴진다.

It's greasy by the time you finish a bowl.

 

사위식당의 대창덮밥에는 쪽파가 들어있고,

저민 양념고기가 좀 더 들어있다.

 

Rice topped with tripe(DAECHANG RICE) at the SAWISIKDANG has chives.
There's some more seasoned meat in it.

 

다만 그게 없어도 독보적인 맛을 느낄 수 있다.

Without it, however, one can enjoy a unique taste.

 

하지만 정말 안타까운 사실 한 가지는

대낚식당의 대기 시간은 살인적라는 것이다.

But the one thing that's really unfortunate is,
The waiting time for a  'DAENACSIKDANG' is horribly long.

 

 

요즘같은 시기엔 줄이 많이 짧아졌을 수 있지만
확장이전을 했음에도 불구하고
여기에서 줄 서서 기다리는 손님들을 생각하면
절대 큰 규모의 식당은 아니다.

At times like these, the line may have gotten a lot shorter,
in spite of the expansion shift
When I think about the guests waiting in line here,
It's never a big restaurant.

 

 

식사에 길게 시간을 할애할 수 있다면,

기다려서 꼭 한번은 드시길 권유하고 싶다.

If you could spare a long meal,
I'd like to urge you to wait and try it at least once.

 

하지만 시간이 너무 없고

원래 식당은 줄서서 먹지 않는다는 철학이 있다면

절대로 대낚식당은 가지 말길 권한다.

But you have limited meal time,
If there's a philosophy that people don't line up in a restaurant,
I advise you never to go to  'DAENACSIKDANG'.

요즘은 대낚식당 앞에 대기 등록 기계가 생겨서
These days, there's a standby registration machine in front of the fishing parlor.

카카오톡으로 안내되는 대기시스템이니

After registering on standby,

근처에 커피숍 가서 좀 기다리다가 중간중간 어느정도 줄이 없어졌나
I went to a coffee shop nearby and waited for a while, and I was wondering if there was a line missing.
확인해 보는 것도 좋다.

정자동 네이버 본사 앞에서 맛본 사위식당 대창덮밥, 이것또한 맛있다.

먹어 본 대창 덮밥

I went to Naver headquarters for work.
Rice topped with tripe that I've tried.

 

대창은 대낚식당만 못 하다는 생각도 들었지만

I thought daechang was not as good as'DAENACSIKDANG'.

같이 간 사람들은 대낚보다 여기가 더 맛있다는 사람도 있었다.

Some people who went with me said that this place tasted better than 'DAENACSIKDANG'.

 

대창의 크기가 크지 않다 보니

느끼함도 훨씬 덜한 모양이다.

The size of the daechang isn't very big
The greasyness seems to be much less greasy.

 

정말 만족스러웠던 이유는

네이버 직원분 말씀에 의하면 여기도 줄을 선다고는 하지만

내가 갔을 땐 줄을 안 섰다.

The reason why I was so satisfied was because
According to a Naver employee, there is a line here, too.
but I didn't line up when I went.

 

 

그리고 대창덮밥도 꽤 맛있었고,

대창전골도 너무나 너무나..

우동사리를 넣어 먹으니 너무나 맛있었다.

And the rice with tripe was pretty good.
Daechang Hot Pot is so...
It was so delicious with udon noodles.

 

 

평소 당면사리를 더 좋아하는데

우동사리가 더 잘 어울렸다.

I usually prefer glass noodles.
Udon noodles were more delicious and matched well.

 

 

우선 기다리지 않아도 되었던 것이 가장 좋았다.

It was the best thing that I didn't have to wait.
